Forget the nano-brewers… Bill King’s a “NANNY” brewer!
If you want a break from hops and malt, he’s formed his own brewery “babysitting” company, Locum Brewing, to take care of your beer while you’re away!
And King IS royalty when it comes to real ale… not only was he a fifth-generation CEO of a famous brewing dynasty, but he’s done it all – from sticking labels on bottles, to running a 58-pub and brewing empire. He’s also an actual master brewer!
Now Bill is a have-malt-shovel-will-travel locum – who will come to your plant to consult over problems, give you cover during staff absence – or even run the works for you, while you take a hard-earned break!
The former CEO of King and Barnes, and latterly WJ King & Co, has now launched Locum Brewing & Consultancy Services to offer “practical assistance for breweries”.
Using his vast expertise drawn from 28 years in beer, Bill can help with virtually anything… from standing in as brewery manager or head brewer, to advising on yeast handling, advertising or cask tracking.
His services are already in high demand, and he has recently been entrusted with running the beer production for two large microbreweries for several months a piece.
