A summer beer festival with a difference – taking in TEN different venues and spread over THREE valleys – is being painstakingly masterminded by Sheffield CAMRA!
A mammoth 100 real ales and a massive selection of ciders are being assembled at venues miles apart and stretching right around south west Sheffield, along with food, live music and much more.
The super-fest will range from the town of Dronfield – which lies between Sheffield and Chesterfield – to the villages and suburbs of Holmesfield, Barlow, Bradfield and Totley.
A free bus will link all the venues together, along with railway stations at Dronfield and Dore to allow drinkers to hop between venues and sample the various attractions.
The buses will run every 30 minutes from midday until 11pm on the festival day, June 2.
The venues, and what they will offer, are as follows:
- Coach & Horses, Dronfield (up to 24 beers from 7 breweries, cider, BBQ, live music in garden)
- Dronfield Arms, Dronfield (extra guest ales on outside bar, food, live music, cider)
