CAMRA’s Scarborough branch is about to launch its inaugural Scarborough Real Ale, Cider & Arts Festival, in conjunction with The Campaign for Real Art.
The fest will take place from October 13-15 in the Old Parcels Office at the town’s station.
The organisers are thinking big, with a planned list of 60 real ales and 15 ciders for the Yorkshire seaside town’s festival debut.
Fifteen ales will be served using hand pumps, with 45 served on gravity, direct from the cask. Lined glasses will ensure that customers will receive full measures.
Admission will be £3 for CAMRA members and £5 for non-members, and the prices include a programme and a refundable glass.
