Who drank all the pies?

Bolton’s biggest brewery is putting its ales in in the OVEN now – after teaming up with a well-known bakery to create a new steak and ale pie!
Dunscar Bridge Brewery’s Dunscar Ale is going into the pies made by the nearby Greenhalgh’s Bakery, and baked in its Bolton town centre shop.
The recipe was conceived by Greenhalgh’s research and development manager David Edwards, and the pies were launched at the recent Bolton Food and Drink Festival.
Dunscar’s head brewer Doug Baxendale created the new dark ale for the pie.
