Cheshire’s Tatton Brewery is doing its bit for a new local pub/restaurant which opens its doors tomorrow (Monday, September 10)… by brewing a special ale for it!
The Old Sessions House will celebrate with the launch of its own Sessions Ale, when it begins trading in Knutsford. The Old Sessions House.
The former Red Cow pub has been taken over and re-invented by restaurateurs Paul Newman and David Mooney.
It will be the second establishment owned by their New Moon Pub Company.
The pair plan to source its food and ales from local producers.
They began by joining forces with award-winning Tatton Brewery boss Gregg Sawyer, who is providing his historic Cheshire ales.
