Yorkshire’s Black Sheep Brewery is being turned into a cinema… but before you rush to buy up stocks of its beloved Dales ales, it’s for one weekend only!

black_sheepIn an effort to bring film to rural areas, as part of the Bradford International Film Festival, the brewers are installing a cinema screen and showing three films, on Friday and Saturday, April 27-28.

And of course, film-goers – whose nearest cinema would otherwise be 15 miles away – will be able to enjoy a pint and a special hotdog, while watching The Help, Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy and a matinee of family film Hugo.

The brewery’s Black Sheep Ale has been named the official beer of this year’s 18th film festival.

The annual Bradford International Film Festival in partnership with Virgin Media is celebrating its 18th year.
