Hand pump at home thanks to Saltaire

Fan of the wine box? Well now you can get a BEER-box… from the award-winning Saltaire Brewery at Shipley in West Yorkshire.
The brewery are offering 36 pints of their best selling Saltaire Blonde or Cascade Pale Ale for £45 – which works out at £1.25 per pint.
That’s one in the eye for the George Osborne!
What’s more, using a small adapter, you can hook up your box to your very own hand-pump in your home.
The brewery demonstrated this cunning box at a recent meet-the-brewer event at Wetherspoon’s Old Market Hall pub in Mexborough, South Yorks.
Hand-Pumped staff were on hand to verify that the ales served from its mini-bar, by Saltaire staff member Adrian Mellow (pictured), were every bit as good as the ones on the main bar.
The only shame about all of this, is that Saltaire are not yet offering their stunning Triple Chocoholic in a box.
This ale was voted Europe’s best stout last year – and is now being lapped up as far away as Hong Kong.
But the lads at Saltaire have a willing ear for their customers so if you want it, make your representations!
