Devizes devises new Wetherspoon ales

Brewers from around the world have converged on the historic 125-year-old Wadworth Brewery in Devizes this week – to help Wetherspoon’s craft special new brews for sale across its 800 pubs.
Among them is David Yarrington, director of brewing operations at the US-based Smuttynose Brewing Co who has crossed the Atlantic to craft a new, international “Murrican Mild” – based on British yeast, Belgian malts and German hops!
David’s fusion brew should be well worth a punt – his home brewery, based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire is already a three-time winner of the hugely prestigious Best American Beer title.
