Campden BRI is offering a Rapid Response Taint Troubleshooting service to brewers.
A team is on hand to instantly respond to brewers who are suddenly presented with a problem.
Campden’s expert panel of tasters can provide help to identify taints – together with advice on the potential source of the problem and recommend analysis such as LC-MS/MS or GC-MS to identify the compound causing the taint.
